The Westerly Creek Coin Club will meet on Thursday, February 11th at 12:45. We will meet for an hour in the library following the end of school on the early release day. Our guest speaker this month will teach us about Civil War Tokens. Feel free to bring a special coin for us to look up and learn about. See you then – remember it is right after school on the early release day!

Turn your grocery shopping into $$EASY CASH$$for WCE!
1. Box Tops for Education Clip those Box Tops on the items that you already buy and it all adds up! There is a Box Tops collection box in the front lobby and a second box is being placed in the cafeteria.
In October, the total amount sent in to Box Tops was $136.90 and January was $192.80. The grand total being $329.70 to date. The goal is $500!

2. King Soopers Gift Cards. Do you shop at King Soopers? If yes, do you use a King Soopers gift card that is linked to WCE for 5% back to the school? This is money you are already spending so make it work for you and for WCE. You can reload your King Soopers gift card using your airline miles or cash rebate credit card so you can still get that bonus. COMMUNITY GIVING:
The pizza party winner is... Ms. Cirkus' 3rd grade class with a total of $973.55. The rest of us didn't have a chance with the HUGE donation of $600 coming in from Tobin Hoops who walked his neighborhood all week asking for coins and managed to collect $547 on his own!!!!  When you see Tobin give him a HUGE pat on the back for such dedication and hard work.  WE are so proud to have kids like him at WCE!
